What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services: from packing, storage, loading works, to international transportation, customs procedures, arranging various documents, etc.

How does the relocation service work?

First, a consultant arranges a visit to your home or office (online consultations are also available). Consultant evaluates the size of the future cargo, the intricacies of packaging. He discusses what documents will be needed, how the items will be transported (by road, air or water transport), also shares an estimated transportation schedule. If the customer accepts the offer, then the ECL team arrives at the client’s house or company at the agreed time, packs the items, tags them and transports everything to the “ECL Logistika” warehouse. All necessary customs procedures are completed (export declaration, etc.) and the cargo is delivered to the selected location.

How long does it take to move to another country?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer – every move is unique. If the move is within continental Europe, it usually takes up to two to four weeks. Moving to North or South America and Asian countries takes up to two months. Moving to Australia – up to three months.

What documents do I need to submit?

We will ask you to submit a copy of your personal document and a copy of your residence permit in another country. If you move your company, you will need to provide a copy of the company’s registration in another country, as well as a unique EORI code.

Do you want to transport works of art, antique furniture and other items of historical or artistic value? If so, you will also need to provide a permit to take them out. We can obtain permits for you if needed.

What components make up the service price?

The price of the moving service is based on the cargo volume (in cubes) and the route. If you do not know how to calculate the cargo volume, we recommend that you calculate how many standard boxes (40x40x60) fit your things. 10 such boxes correspond to 1 m3.

What do you do to prevent the loss of items?

We mark all cargo, carry out their detailed accounting. At each stage, the cargo is checked anew – for this reason, the items do not get lost and reach their owner safely. By the way, we place smaller loads that do not take up the entire container on individual pallets. This means that all items are grouped in one place, the possibility of cargo loss is reduced to a minimum.
